While you are visiting the bridge, consider staying on Sunderland Hill Road and following that north to where it becomes River Road. That will take you back to 7A at the southern end of Manchester. The road takes your through some farming country and will give you some great views of the mountains on the west side of 7A since you are further away from them.

Directions:

Take East Arlington Road east from 7A/313. After a little less than a mile, look for Sunderland Hill Road on your left. Follow that until you come to the bridge.
